How We Operate
We undertake general investigation, claimant interviews, and background investigations on matters for litigation support and trial preparation.
We will travel across the province to assist government, corporate, insurance and legal professionals with these matters.
Timothy J. Colley has been a licensed private investigator in the Province of Ontario since 1986. Prior to founding Investigative Concepts, Mr. Colley obtained years of hands-on and management experience in surveillance and undercover work as well as insurance claims investigation work. He also developed a process serving business which has been integrated into and compliments his professional services at Investigative Concepts.
